2008 powersteeing problem and braking

alright guys I have an 08 f350 that I bought used out of warranty yes I know bad idea.... problem starts with the steering being stiff, well stiffer then usual. my father also as an 08 f350 which you can turn with a pinky and this coming from a guy that's 5.3.... mine in the other hand u need to grab a hold and turn. now the problem a few days ago my brother was driving the truck and he had an issue turning to the left, the steering wheel would NOT turn from what he told me it apparently went away and he got home. after that incident I got on the truck to it for a drive and noticed it lost its alignment instead of my hand being at 12 it would sit now at around 10-11 oclock. major problem is now I cant steer it wont go left or right I cant even pull out my drive way. Steering pump was changed I want to say about 5 months ago. I just finished changing the steering gear box which now I have a RED-head steering bow and a truck that wont turn ..... I am thinking maybe the pump went bad since the old steering box did look like it had a leak previously......

oh yes not to mention I cant break now I pull up the drive way slammed on my brakes and it took about 5 feet to stop a truck doing maybe 2mph

please help

any info is greatly appreciated

thanks guys.

the power steering pump runs the hydroboost (brake booster) also... low on fluid? reman part used for replacement and already bad again? (i used to run a brake shop and would sometimes get 2-3 bad reman brake/steering parts in a row before finding a good one) pretty much all it could be unless they are totally unrelated issues...
