Steering Locking up

Have an 08 F 450 crew cab. When you go down the interstate at 70mph for a few miles then exit to the ramp when you touch the brake the steering locks up. You CANNOT turn the wheel at all. You get to the stop sign sit a couple seconds its frees up and you can move on with no problems. Anybody else have this problem?

Sound like a hydroboost issue.

Check your fluids make sure they are full.
