Stuck in 4 Wheel Drive Low

Well I am in need of some possible knowledge, I am having issues with the shifter motor on my 2008 F350. It keeps defauting into 4x4 low and the motors burn out. It does this while being in 2 wheel drive high and I have now fried my 5th motor in 2 months. it driving me crazy to say the least, ford cant figure it out. Thanks in advance for any help.

My ended up being a power wire that had rubbed through the casing and no one could find it. It would end up shorting out when moisture would contact it. It was a serious Pain in the ***.
