Won't go in 4x4

I have a 08 F350 6.4 and it will go in 4 high and 4 low but it won't engage the front wheels, what could be the problem?

Try locking the hubs manualy if it works then there is a vacume line loose someplace.

Vacuum line for sure .... My odd 6 vacuum line was on the passenger side next to the battery and was melted , it came loose.
