Beating a dead horse

I'm sorry for bringing this up again but I don't know what to do or where to start. I experienced the death wobble for the first time today in between 2 fully loaded car carriers going around a sharp narrow curve in the highway. I hit a bump and it was on. I slowed down and it went away. Truck is an '08 F-250 4x4 with 1.5'' spacers in front and F-350 blocks in the back. It has Rancho shocks and a brand new rancho steering stabilizer. It doesn't do it going straight just around curves. Here is the sheet from the last alignment. Sorry it's a pic, I don't have a scanner.

I know about the adjustable track bar and the caster issue, I still don't know what to do or what to get or who to take it to that can fix it.

As far as caster, do you want the axle to lean forward or backward?
