Shudder/Vibration under throttle from 5-20 mph...HELP

I just got a Icon 2.5 inch leveling kit installed. Everything seems to be working great except I have a shudder/moderate vibration under throttle from about 5-20 mph then it goes away. It does not happen under braking or coasting. I have PMF 5" rear traction blocks/bars installed as well. Tires are balanced, and I have the Icon dual steering stabilizer as well. Any ideas?

i have the same problem itstarted right after i put my lift on.

try checking out the driveline angle.
