HELP! 2010 F 350 6.4 srw rear suspension problem

Okay I have a problem with my truck and I took it to my dealer and they cant even figure it out so maybe someone has incountered something similar. When I drive over a pot hole or rounded curb like at the end of a driveway at about 10-20mph and my left rear tire hits and the suspension compresses and right when its rebounding it makes a hollow thud type of noise which is pretty loud almost like something hittting the under side of the bed. When it makes this noise I can also feel it in my feet. I had them look at the rear suspension but they said it all looks good . Anyone have any ideas

I Had the same problem on my 09 f350 srw. brought it in and had it for 3 full days. They found a bolt that holds the cab on not set right. they said it was tight but was not in proper way. Now, I thought they were blowing smoke, but they were not. problem solved. They fixed it. I also felt the thump on my floor board while in a turn, like the drive way. I this helps!

Superduty Thump

I had the same thing going on with mine and took it in to the diesel shop at my local ford dealer. They found the drive shaft slid was not greased from the factory. Your drive shaft is two piece and it needs to be greased where it slids. If not it will bind when try to go in and out! This may not be your problem but its worth a look see!:
