Noise from front suspension?
I have a 2009 with Icon 2.5" leveling kit and 37" Toyos on stock 20's. I installed the Icon last April with the adjustable pan rod bar and all has been fine since. Last Monday I had the toyos installed and all was fine till Sunday. All of a sudden I am getting a popping noise when I turn. I don't feel it in the steering wheel just hear it. Almost sounds like something is stuck and breaks loose. I know trying to get this diagnosed on the net is next to impossible but didn't know if anyone might be able to help. It's not messing with the steering of the truck or how it drives but I would like to find out what it is and get it stopped. Thanks for any help.

Mine does something similar and I can hear it and feel it under my feet. Been meaning to take mine in just haven't had time.
There is another thread on this same topic. Might want to look there. See this thread ---> 'Pop' in front end |

Did the Icon kit replace the factory sway bar end links or does it reuse them

I went under and tightened my Icon adjustable pan rod bar and it has seemed to stop my noise. I still need to find somewhere to put 406ft lbs of torque on it though.

The popping noise is coming from the driver side track bar bushing. It is a poor quality rubber bushing and the steel insert separates from the rubber. Have someone turn the wheel all the way to the left and then to the right while watching the bushing. You can see it pop. I just replaced mine and all good, even did away with most of the slop and wadering. Looked for an aftermarket one from energy Suspension and came up with nothing. it cost me $19.00 at the dealership.
