4x4 lo

hi guys. my 2008 f250 will not go into 4x4lo. it has had this problem since I have owned it. has anyone got any ideas...thanks

I don't' want to come off wrong, but I have to ask. Did you come to a complete stop and put the truck in Neutral?

yeah, just will not select 4x4 lo. doesn't matter too much this time of year but its something I want to try and fix for the winter.
