Fuel Guage Broken

My fuel guage quit working last week. It just says its completely full all the time. Anyone ever had this problem or know whats causing it?

r&r the fueltank and i bet you find the float stuck against the top of the
sending unit housing, take and bend it very slightly not much or it want read right , and put it back together

You might want to check the ground to the tank, in many cases thats all the problem is. Not saying it is on yours, but you never know, you might luck out with an easy fix.

I'll check that first, thanks.

Is it pretty easy to find the ground for it? I'll go look for it if noone knows, but its always easier to be told, haha.

It's usually on top of the tank where all the fittings are attached, but I have not had to do it on my truck, so I haven't checked where It is on the ford, Done it a couple times on big trucks and some cars, and as I said quite often that is the problem. good luck
