What is it doing?!?!?

When I took the truck in to get the coolant puking I noticed on the way to the dealer it was driving funny... They replaced both heads and EGR cooler. Now cruising at 50-65 if I try to pass someone on the highway the truck starts bucking in and out of gear. But if I go WOT from 0 it ****s perfect and if I ease into it the truck shifts perfect. Also I have an SCT and if I put a program on the truck it runs flawless. I unplugged the EGR and it did the same thing.... I am going to take the EGR valve out and see if it is stuck open. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I am just hoping it isnt time for a new transmission. Thanks guys! -Jim

Im sorry, but the truck doesnt buck in and out of gear.... I should have said it more like cuts in and out like the motor doesnt like the throttle. Im confused but I think I am gonna take it to the dealer soon.

Dynamite is it smoking at all when it does this? It sounds a lot like the "Black smoke/ hesitation" thread and our truck was doing that. Going up a hill or getting on the gas pedal it would start bucking and it would smoke with each buck it seems. As well as an airy kind of noise from the turbo/intake??!!

This is exactly what my truck is doing at times for the last 300 miles or so when I had the truck reflashed, what do you think it is? Thanks (2005 F250 Crew Cab Stock)
