Oh the truck is running fine, I was just bored and noticed there was a little moisture and a lot of soot at the bottom

I hope not because that would be an indication something is terribley wrong with the truck.

It should be the EGR valve on the 6.0L. As stated some carb cleaner will clean it up and then reinstall.
