04 6.0 Slow to start

Well i've been trying to read because seems nobody will chime in. First I had smoking problem think it was EGR valve cleaned it seems to fine , now it seems like I have to crank it a long time before it will fire . HELP PLEASE.

Well started it up yesterday smoking like a train looks like the egr cooler is out , my next question is is there somthing that I should look at on the oil cooler as well I'm going with the EGR cooler delete . Also had fluid coming out of the exhaust looked like soot and coolant mix .

what did you end up doing my truck is acting the same. black soot from exhaust and was smokin alot. gonna pull my egr valve 2moro and take a look

Well took it to the dealer Egr cooler ,oil cooler, serviced the turbo, Head gaskets , al under warranty Thank God . runs like a champ
