NEED HELP, PROBLEM

I have a big problem. Here ya go. 2003 F250, 6.0 Stock. When I accelerate pretty hard to get on the highway or am crusing down the highway 70-75mph. accelerate to pass someone the truck starts to buck and throws a trail of blackish grey smoke. I replaced the airfilter, fuel filters, cleaned the EGR. I took it to the dealer and asked them to see if there were any codes, they came back and said 2 codes. Weak or bad VGT, and the TURBO was binding up. I had them to the injection cleaning aswell. I bought a known good VGT and a rebuilt TURBO. installed them today. Went for a ride, Sam frickin problem. Nothing changed. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks.

Do you have any gauges at all? Sounds like you got something going on with your turbo like surging issues. Mine does that but I know it is my turbo surging. It is the nature of my beast but I am not stock.
