Intermitent white smoke

Ok, so I have a 06 F-250, the truck started smoking white smoke in December and I carried it to dealer. They checked it and found that the EGR cooler had blown and the head bolts were stretched. They replaced the cooler, EGR valve, head gaskets and installed ARP head bolts.

I got back the truck back and it would smoke still but only when the truck as hot and after driving hard for a while and then coming back to cruising speed @ 1500-1800 rpm. I was told that it was residual coolant in cats, well its been 3 months and it still smokes occasionally. Its not using oil or coolant.

What could be the issue, still coolant in cat?
