Sound from engine after a load...
What is the sound Im hearing? Once in a while after hitting the go pedal, right after I let off the pedal I hear a flapping noise from engine. Possibly the intake or intercooler???? NO CLUE!!!! I've got to figure out ALL these PSD noises and such!

Okay this noise is also normal. Some call it burping or farting. Mine does it when I am hauling a heavy load up hill or really getting into her. Ford has tried to figure this out but to no avail. There is nothing wrong with your truck and this sound or what is causing this sound will not hurt the truck!

Yeppers! Mine does the same thing! If you look around a little more you'll find other people have the same problem but if you are concerned try taking it in!
