I see no leaks or anything under the truck, it stood for a week the other day, and nothing under it, so there should be no leak?

I would suspect an egr cooler concern on this long before thinking head gaskets. Keep in mind that most times a head gasket results in coolant venting from the degas bottle at WOT. egr cooler Will most often leak into the intake and get combusted, if its a small leak you wont see any white smoke or coolant from the exhaust. hope this helps a bit. if possible remove the egr valve and look for any sign of coolant on the valve.
