A mind of its own!
My '350 seems to have a mind of its own! Kinda like a cuttin' horse. I'll be rollin' along down the road and all of a sudden it will throttle up, puff out black smoke and head on down the line! It's not like a total run away, just a surge where you have to let up a little. It's an intermittent problem and does it sometimes stopped in traffic and I'll have to put extra pressure on the brake or else.
 Any Ideas?

Check you oil level, might be over full.
