What can I do my truck performance wise for around $1500 and still be safe?

Ofcourse I'll have the chip, exhaust, and etc.

But what else can I do to it without blowing my head gaskets (I know there is no way to avoid this 100%) or anything else?

I'd like to spend about or under $1500.

Do not list, propane, nitrous, w/m injection. I already plan to eventually by the w/m injection, but what else.

Fuel injectors, upgraded head gaskets, etc.

EGR is on top of your motor, it recirculates a percentage of exhaust gases back into the intake manifold of your motor. It also has a cooler attatched to it that has coolant going through it. Your hot exhaust gases flash boil your coolant & do damage to the cooler causing it to go bad & allows coolant to go where it's not supposed to be!!! It's a must to either delete it completely or at least block off your up pipe. This will allow you to run a hotter tune in your truck w/o the fear of damaging your truck. If your Head Gaskets are gonna let loose then there is nothing you can do about it, but this will help!! You might also want to consider doing Head Studs. These 2 mods & your motor is pretty much bullet proof!!!

What is the total price of those?
I saw the thread where the guy had his whole shell off the frame. I don't want to do all that. Is there another way?

If your wanting those HP numbers, it's gonna take a little more than $1500 & your gonna need to do the EGR Delete & Studs! Yes, the cab pretty much has to come off to put in Studs, the cost is usually between $1500 & $2000. There's guys on here that have pulled the motor & done it with the motor in place. Your also gonna need some 190cc+ Sticks, Some type of fuel system, & a larger turbo.. It's probably gonna cost ya around $5-6K for all that IMO. Just My
