Need EGR Help

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a 2004 6.0 that has had numerous problems with the EGR system. Just got back from ford, this time replaced cooler and valve. (2 valves prior) Not a week back home, and EGR codes back, I'm right @ warrenty end and was wondering if anyone has used just the delete plate or is it best to delete the cooler and all. Thanks for any help!!!!

From what everyone here is saying, you need to remove the cooler. The problem lies in the cooler.

I still have not done mine yet.

Thanks, I was reading on another site, and for some reason it says on the 03,04 it is ok to just put the plate in and not ok on the 05 and up. THanks for your help.
