Oil Leak from Drivers Side

I noticed an oil leak in my truck a few days ago. Looking at my driveway it looks like its been leaking for a while (several oil spots). It is a red oil from the drivers and I have looked under the hood to see if I can track down the problem. Any ideas? Could it be the powersteering? I did a recent oil change but that looks to be fine and the oil is that is more on the black side. Help

you see i thought it would be tranny fluid but for some reason I think the drip is coming from above near the steering column area. At least that is where I noticed a little bit of some drip. It sucks because its hard to look at it right now in the rain.

I did think it was the tranny fluid and the tranny does leak a bit but most is coming from up top from behind the airintake/battery area. I noticed because the tubing is oiled from up there. Its a brownish/redish fluid

If it is the tranny, what would be the cause of it and how could I go about correcting the problem?
