Truck wont start?

I walked out to my truck this morning and it was about 50 degrees outside and I got in my truck and let the glow plugs cycle and cranked the engine over and it just cranked for about 15 seconds. I turned the key off and tried to start it agian and it fired right up? It has never done this before except this one time. Do I have a High Pressure Oil pump going or is do you think it was just a freak accident and it shouldn't concern me. No check engine light but here are the codes that were stored P0263 P0341 P0403 P0405 P2287.

ARP HEAD STUDS
EGR DELETE
SCT LIVEWIRE CUSTOM TUNED
STRAIGH PIPE
K&N INTAKE
RECON & PIAA LIGHTS
8in COILOVER LIFT
ROAD ARMOR BUMPERS
38in ATZ Mickey Thomspons

DONT THINK IT WOULD BE A PUMP. MORE THEN LIKELY A HIGH PSI OL LEAK. PROBOBLY A DUMMY PLUG IN THE RAIL OR AN STC FITTING AT THE PUMP. AIR CHECKING THE SYSTEM WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA. BUT I WOULD MONITOR THE PSI ON A SCANNER FIRST
