Where is my drain valve for water in fuel?

Found the filter and heater unit on frame rail but no lever or drain valve.2006 6.0 F250CC Lariet.

its a hex head bolt, open till you see clean fuel

the plug is on the side toward the bottom its a 6mm hex head
