Turbo problems?

well the other day i was driving with my windows down and noticed a squeeling noise when i accelerated fairly hard. i didnt think much of and just assumed it was the fan belt. last night i was driving around and i notice almost everytime i let out of the throttle i could hear turbo surge (fart) and the squeeling is getting worse now im guessing the turbo is goin out is there any aftermarket rebuild kits or what would be another option.

Turbo fart when you release the throttle is normal. Im not sure about the other sound, could you post a video or explain more? Spray some water on the belt if noise goes away its the belt. Does noise change with speed? Can you hear it through the exhaust pipe when you shut it down and the compressor is still spinning?

im pretty sure the noise is coming from the turbo, it starts out slow and gets higher as i lay in the throttle and goes away at higher speeds. im used to hearing turbo surge but last night wasnt normal, like i said, almost everytime i let out of the throttle i could hear the turbo surging
