So I just did a ton to my 03 f250 sd the last couple days

Sct with looney tune from quick tricks.
Was running better than it ever had before. Real quick. Better mpgs. Responsive. Better shifting. And I've never had any egr problems that I know of since I bought the truck 20k ago.
Then today I cleaned my egr valve which was pretty nasty. (Attached picture) after valve cleaning, truck had a little hesitation when I fired it but nothing big. Hadn't been ran in 3 days. Started off running great. I let it warm up then gassed it good. First run up to 70 was excellent then I waited a second and did another run.
Lost power about halfway through. Way more black smoke than I normally have when running truck. Truck was slow. Lagging turbo. Decided to wait a little while let the truck cool. Tried to just drive normal. But same problems occurred and my ects and eots both climbed to 218 which is way higher than Normal for me. Also have lost some coolant. Tho barely of any white smoke coming out exhaust.
If anyone has any ideas please share.
I probably need to go ahead and do my egr delete but was trying to wait until winter. Also don't want to only do that if I'm going to have to take the whole engine apart anyway. Will probably do the oil cooler too and arp studs at some point.
