Possible EGR problem

Joind the forum a while ago and lurk around mostly. I recently noticed a antifreeze leak rolloing over the starter on on the ground. I have had several of these issues in the past and Ford claims to have fixed them. From what I have read, the ERG may be the problem. I took the truck to another dealer and they have refused to do warranty work on my truck due to an after market Airid Cold Air Intake. They told me they would only perform the service if I pay out of pocket.

The question I have, with the cold air intake create any of the problems I'm having?

Will the dealership flag my VIN? not allowing me to put the factory air filter system on and take to another dealership?

the egr cooler to oil cooler connection hose is leaking , drips down right from starter area , there is a updated hose to fix it , i have even seen the updated hose leak, but the first thing you need to do is find another dealer

not that I am aware of and I have never plugged my truck in.......I have read that they are all pre-wired and if you didn't buy or get the option, you can purchase the kit from ford for like $90.00.

so far 0 for 2 on getting a dealer to work on the truck. You have any openings SCUFFY???

Found a dearler that will be looking at the truck on Monday. I will post the outcome.
