Ok I've tried all i know. 2 months ago put in A new hpop truck had been running great. Has no pressure at icp. I've changed dummy plugs , ipr and icp still no pressure. No codes on snap on scanner. Also ipr is closing to 85% while cranking. Anyone got any idea's? Thanks In Advance
Of course it could be anything from a wrong filter, low pressure pump, injector/rail seal, seal previously re-installed, to a your work completed, including the pump or a newly bad IPR.
All of the above are potential problem areas.
I like to start my troubleshootin by just unplugging the ICP sensor and see if the sensor is just lying to the PCM.
When unplugged the PCM uses default values to start the truck. If it will start and stay running. You actually have working low pressure and high pressure oil systems, just a bad icp sensor lying to the pcm. It takes a min 500 psi for the pcm and ficm to fire the injectors.
