Turbo issues/Need info for a good shop?

Hey, guys I have and 2007 6.0, the other day pulling my 15K fifth wheel with my SCt returned to stock my turbo was boosting between 35-40 psi for a few hundred mile and then went back to working normal. A few hundred miles later it would only boost to 15 psi, So i put my SCT tuner back and and finished the trip home..any help would be appreciated.. It only has 60,000 miles on it. Also I was wondering if anyone could lead me in the direction of a good tech and a good dealership to install headstuds under warranty,, in central Oklahoma....thanks
