Superchip receipt

I went to the local Ford dealer today for a couple of minor recall fixes. I had to remove my Superchip file and return it to stock tune before the work.
After it was completed I got an error trying to reload the Superchip tuning. It said that I needed to load new files E-6D, VXBC7A3 and TQBE0AA.
I called Tech support and Bob gave me a return authorization# and told me to include $12.50 S/H and Oh! BTW I need to send them a copy of my purchase receipt to prove I'm the original owner.
I bought it on the internet in Jan/Feb and don't have the receipt. I do know that the truck shop is in Ft. Smith Arkansas and they had the best price with free shipping but I can't remember the name.
It's not one of the dealers on Superchips dealer list but Bob says that anyone can purchase through stocking warehouses.
I've been searching the internet but can't locate their website. Any ideas?

update

I had to send my SuperChip unit in and have new files added. 5 weeks w/o a chip. I asked them to address the bad transition when I use the brakes the to stop cruise control. When the truck is under load and I tap the brakes to stop the cruise there is a very harsh transition as the engine is still pulling when the cruise disengages.
The rep said "no prob" and when I reinstalled it is as bad as ever...

My Superchips tuner and my new SCT tuner do the same thing. I think it's the price we pay for awsome shifting and torque converter control.

Yeah i get that smackk too with my superchip, if you push on the gas first, and then the brake it won't do it.

I had that happen to me one time, and I was getting awful close the red light. I think I put it in neutral and tapped the gas, then it went back to idle. Never did it again.
