dash lights and gauges

Anyone have this problem with the dash when its cold the dash doesn't work when the temp outside is about 35degs untill something worms up then everything comes to on it started last year and it doind it again this yr

yes only when it cold about 35 and lower

mine was doing that while driving, turned out to need an alternator but we aint hit that low temps yet

it only does it when you frist start it when its cold and about 10-15 min after it worms up eveything comes on like you frist turn the key to the on pos all the light buzzer and seat belt chime comes on

anyone know what controls the dash lights and gauges
