07 6.0 injector problem. HELP!!

Bought a 07 f250 with the 6.0 back in October of '13 with 114k. January comes and the injector from cyclinder 3 goes out, I replace it. This week, same exact injector is having problems. It isn't used much and I have only gone 2k miles since the injector was replaced. My mechanic said it hasn't completely gone out yet, so put some additive in there. He recommended the hotshot oil and fuel additive. These injectors are after market from Elite Diesel Engineering out of Colorado. Elite diesel said there's a warranty on the injector, but now I'm out $1000 in labor for the same exact job 2 months ago. Does anyone know why the same exact injector went out? Also, elite diesel matches the injectors for the specs on the truck so they had to make a batch to match mine. And do you think I should be stuck completely paying for labor for it to be replaced again?
Thanks for the help

Learn to change it out yourself, or pay the price for labour. $1000 is a way over the top for one injector change, especially if you supply the injector. Once pulled, inspect for any primary or secondary clues to why it went bad. O-ring, blow-by, bad cup cracked head, etc.

Since you didn't give us the particulars, it is most likely stiction related.

There shouldn't be any issue replacing one injector with matching the one replaced. It could be as simple as a cleaning, or new/recycled/rebuilt solenoid. The bodies or nozzles seldom go bad. What size did you get from them?
