Rough at lower RPM

Ok I have a 2006 6.0L. I have a new engine, new ICM, and New HPOP and all new filters. When the truck starts it takes a bit to turn over. When idling it seems to miss every now and then. When I accelerate I have great power and it doesn't miss a bit. When I reach the speed I want to run at and I let of the gas and maintain the speed it will get jumpy. I can't figure it out. Any Ideas? I am on a shoe string budget and hope I can fix it myself.

Sounds like injectors or hpo leak. The injectors are running on relatively low pressure at low rpm.. so when you put the truck under load, any injector issues or hpo leaks become much more apparent.
