2006 6.0L Problems

i have a new to me 06 f350 4x4. i lost the alt the other day and it took out my ficm it had a p0611 code before. i have a new one from ficmrepair with the 100 tune on it. now its doing something else. the truck will start and idle will not rev. the thing i don't get is the icp pressure is up to 1100 and if i let it set there running it will rev up on its own sometimes. i have a cts so i can see the pedal input and if i press it i can see it go up then let off and go down.

anyone see/hear of this before

i have a 2006 6.0 powerstroke and it is surging while i am driving at around 2000 rpms. i have had 2 injectors replaced, replaced the back pressure sensor, replaced icp sensor, checked the ficm, and still having this problem. any ideas on what it could be?
