Help with the re-flash back to stock.

Hello all. I need some advice. I have a 06 F-350 CC DRW with 30k on her. I bought it used from a local dealership with 21k last year. I added a AFE cold air intake. 4 inch turbo back exhaust, quadzilla gauges and an SCT tuner. I have a custom tow tune rated for the load that I tow back and forth to different race tracks, about 5500lbs. This is the second time that I used it. The tune came from Inovative,SP? While towing to a race track in Alabama my degas bottles puked some coolant. About half a gallon or so. I reflashed the truck back to stock and the puking quit. I filled the degas bottle back up to the min. line on the bottle and so far so good. I figured the tune was to hot.... is this a correct guess?

Another question I have is if I take the truck in to the Ford place is there anything else I need to do to make sure they cant see that I am running a tuner. I reflashed it back 3 weeks ago and wiht around 800 miles of driving.

Sorry one more question. Which is more accurate??? The boost # on the quadzilla or the boost # on the dash. Sometimes they are off by 10psi?
