03 power steering/brake fail

Ok boys here's the short story. While plowing snow, without any warning, I lose power steering and brakes. Nothing is leaking, no noise coming from the pump so I bought a new pump and am going to replace it today. How much of a PITA is this project going to be? This is my first time doing it myself but I'm pretty mechanically inclined so any help or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

It isn't too bad, but it does require some work to get to it. It could also be the hydro-boost instead of the pump.

So it wasn't that bad. Took me about 8 hrs on my first time, mainly because my 210lb english mastiff ran past me and knocked the stool out from under me and my elbow hit the small plastic return on the radiator and snapped it off. So I had to replace that too.
