Injector stuck in head, ideas?

A friend of mine bought a used 2003 F250 6.0, previous owner had installed 8 new injectors. The thing started acting like it was out of fuel so after checking the fuel pressure and making sure it was good I did the balloon test. The thing blew up the balloon for the passengers side head. Figured I'd pull and re seal the injectors on that side, the first three looked great and went well but the rear injector will not come out. I threaded the hold down bolt all the way out and instead of lifting the injector the bolt pushed it's way through the hold down. It is tight, not much in the area to pry against, and not much room to work. I'm sure the sleeve will need replaced also but first the injector has to come out. Ideas?

Spray some pb blaster and let it sit and try giving it a go, keep soaking it and see if you can get something In there to pull it out.
