Wierd Start?

Went to post a sound clip for someone the other day, and the truck started like this...sometimes its worse than this, sometimes it starts right up...it's done this since I bought it in Feb 2007...any comments?

Feel free to comment the 03 turbo sound too

IM NOT GOOD ON THE NEWER TRUCKS BUT IF IT PUFFS WHITE SMOKE AT START UP, IT PROBABLY LEAKING INJECTOR O RINGS. FROM THE VID THATS WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE.

Yeah...sometimes it's bad...never put out white smoke though, unless it's cold outside...
