Fan clutch help

Had a egr delete, Oil cooler and arp head studs installed last week and have noticed my fan clutch is turning on/off every 2-3 seconds. Engine can be cold or warmed up. even comes on during normal driving. Egr valve is in and hooked up. Got an SCT tuner the other day and thought that would help. Driving me nuts. What could be the problem? Thanks

Need to throw the truck on a monitor. Have you checked out the wiring that runs by the fan?

I check all the wires around fan and motor. Everything is plugged in. Truck runs good beside that. Ect 186-192. Eot 185-190. What should I be looking for. I'll have to make an appointment tomorrow
