4x4 won't work

I've got an 2003 f350 I can't get the 4x4 to work I've put new hubs on front new switch I replaced the relays under the hood when I did that the pink 30 amp fuse blew so I tried to replace it now as soon as I replace the fuse it blows before I get it plugged in I installed a new shift solenoid on the transfer case as well any input would be greatly appreciated
