Braking issues after power steering pump replacement

I have an 05 6.0 and I just had the power steering pump replaced yesterday. Now my brakes have a weird sticking point. If i apply the brakes lightly they work a little, but then I push them a certain amount and there is like a clicking where my brakes apply a lot more pressure. Is this normal for a little bit after a power steering pump replacement because there is probably air in the lines? or how can I get rid of this.

Thank you guys!
