Just wondering why did you put it back in there after it fell apart. Hopefully it didnt fall apart inside the intake and suck metal in you valves.

Bad EGR

The lower part of the valve stayed in the intake. I put the upper part back on and tightened it down again not knowing if it was screwed up or not. After I started it and it ran like crap is when I pulled it apart again this time after gently prying on the lower part for 45mins I was able to remove it. Cleaned the hole with a bottle brush and vacuumed everything out as good as I could now just waiting on the new part.
