Idle surge? Injector mis? Or cold whether?

I have an 2003 f250 just recently it started to surge or mis when it kickes in to high idle, it's only done it twice both times it was parked over night not plugged in with subzero temps. When i push the brake to idle it down it wont go back to regular idle either. I checked codes it threw a camshaft position sensor one I cleared it waiting to see if it comes back. I just recently started using 2stroke oil in my fuel but I doubt that has anything to do With it but I do know that I need to get my ficm rebuilt so that could be it. The cranking time has increased also sometimes almost like it inst going to start but it does finally fire. Anybody else think of anything??
