No Turbo when its COLD

I have had a problem for the past few weeks, when it gets real cold. I am now getting an under-boost and a MAP-barometric correlation DTC when the air temps falls below zero. Sometimes both DTC's and sometimes just and under-boost DCT.

I have no issues when the external temps are above zero. As the temp hits the negative numbers (literally when the temp reads -1) the problems start with no to very little boost (1-3 psi). When I mash the pedal and get to rpm's up the turbo kicks and and starts boosting but with then over-boost, as compared to the pedal position. This seems to get a little worse as the temps go lower.

Any ideas?

Separate note, my Edge CTS reads the IAT and bottoms out at zero and will not read negative. Is this a limitation of the CTS or is it a sign of something else wrong?

Check it, clean it and don't forget to ensure the EBP isn't part of the problem.
