Rough idle no power

Hello,
Problems started when temps were in teens for days. No start in morning if not plugged up and battery would die trying to start. Would have to jump start. After the first time of this happening truck sounded normal for a cold start. After driving for 20 mins. Rough idling, loss of power. Parked truck for a cple days plugged up. Started couple days later started fine batteries seemed ok. Drove for a few days everything good. Than one morning plug came loose from wall so truck was not plugged in like I thought. Hard time starting battery died had to jump. Same systems driving for 15-20 mins rough idle loss of power. Now it is happening if I plug it up or not with temps in 30s, rough idle loss of power.
These are the codes I found
Po266 cylinder #2 contribution balance fault
Po269 cylinder #3
Po281cylibder #7
Po403 ( I deleted egr 2yrs ago)
Po405 ( I deleted egr 2yrs ago)
Po611 injector control mod perform
Po673 glow plug cylinder 3
Po674 glow plug cylinder 4
Po675 glow plug cylinder 5
Po676 glow plug cylinder 6

I am curious if batteries being low can cause this.
I changed upper fuel filter but not the bottom filter.
