Fuel Pressure issues

okay so im still having some issues with my fuel pressure, ive posted a few things about how my trucks fuel pressure is driving me crazy and im kind of at a whits end about it. I upgraded to the blue spring, the pressure was around 60-70 after the upgrade, now my fuel pressure gauge just bounces anywhere from 20-100psi, im completely lost here, the issue is i dont feel any change in how my truck performs... its the gauge that goes haywire, now ive check my electrical connections and im just lost on what to do, do i need a new fuel pump? would i be able to tell if my truck is jacked up? i need help
