White smoke intermittently feels a little rough at idle

I have a early 03 6.0. Sometimes at idle my truck will pour white smoke out the tail pipe and smell like raw diesel and strong enough to burn your eyes. I'm not losing any fluids. So far I've done
egr delete,
arp head studs,
3 injectors,
new injector harness,
swamps diesel 58v ficm,
blue spring upgrade kit,
new filters.
Now I put a bully dog programmer and as long as I run even a low program it won't smoke but when it's stock it will smoke, but only occasionally. It could go a week running prefect then at a stop light all of a sudden start smoking.I'm lost as to where to look next. I'm a automotive tech that's stubborn to drop it off at the dealership any ideas. Thanks
