F250 6.0 cylinder 7 injector circuit low

I have a 2006 f250 I have had huge problem with abot
It a month ago my truck started missing and threw a p0279 code which is cylinder 7 low circuit so right away I replaced the injector with a ford remanufactured injector and it still missed and brought the same Code so then I looked at the ficm which had 47v key on engine off and 36v engine on so I sent it off and had it rebuilt and got it back and installed it and that didn't work and it now reads 48v key on and 48v engine on so then I looked at the injector harness which looked fine but I replaced it with a brand new ford harness thinking for sure that was the problem and I still have the same problem I replaced the batteries and that didn't help and I even did the trick were you touch the starter solenoid to the positive terminal and it cranks nice and even so I'm out of ideas and every forum I've read just states what I've done so far should fix the problem.

From experience, ensure the the connectors are fully seated in the FICM. You can place a piece of heater hose under the connectors when you tighten down the FICM to put pressure on them. Or put zip ties around the connectors and FICM and tighten. Check all the other connectors. I assume the new injector had new o-rings and washer on it. Ensure the injector was torqued properly, cleaning out the bolt hole before installing. Another thought, maybe a long shot, checking ground wires. Oh, and please use some sentence structure and punctuation to make it easier to read and understand what you are posting. Thanks.
