SWOOSHING SOUND WHEN BUILDING BOOST

I have an 04 F250 with the 6.0. In July the head gaskets, egr cooler and oil cooler were all replaced under warranty. Now, when I tow my camper or hammer down on it I hear a swooshing sound coming from the turbo area. I am wondering if maybe something they had off is loose? Any thoughts? I am not familiar with diesels as this is my 1st one.

It is like it is not building pressure. I was towing my camper last night, and it almost felt like it had no power.

Sounds like a boost leak you can usually see soot on the firewall or the truck or on the pipes.
