Have a 2003 f250 6.0 won't start when cold .but if truck is plugged in, truck will start great .i Have replaced glows plugs and wiring harness and GPCM . I Have tested the FICM and it tested good .it is not showing any codes . Is there something I am over looking or something I am not checking

Does it crank and won't start or won't even crank? Batteries new or good?

I have the same issue with my 04. If it's really cold out the glow plugs cycle but the truck won't turn over. If I plug the truck in it starts no issues

Yes . Truck will crank and when it starts or if it starts blows white smoke out . This only happens in cold weather . If it is 50% or warmer it starts great no problems and yes batteries are new
