AC fan

My ac fan will not cut off. I have the auto ac and can not turn the fan down and when i turn off the ac the unit blows on defrost on high . The fan stays on high the whole time

My guess, would be a vacuum leak...I know it controls the location...but not sure about speed....

I believe fan speed is all run through the fan switch itself. Sounds likeit broke internally. I had the fan switch itself melt down before

Found out my was the rheostat. My guess is the fan gets stuck on and the defrost is the default off position.
